12:07 PM: The thought occurred to me that perhaps some flexibility in daily goals would be of benefit. If I come to the point in which sleep is encroached upon, whatever is left undone can be once moved to the following day. I will try this out. See how it goes. [Through much trial and error, I eventually found that being deliberate in writing most goals so that they could simply be accomplished on another day kept the process from creating more stress than it was worth. – July, 2020]
Over the next few days, the majority, if not the entirety, of my focus will be on squelching some very stubborn animosity. I will do my best to not act out of spite.
